What is a return policy?
- Return Eligibility: You can apply for a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags and accessories intact.
- Return Process: Contact our customer service to get a return authorization number, then ship the items back to our designated address with the tracking number provided to us.
- Refund Time: Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Exclusions: This product is for adult use only. For hygiene and safety reasons, returns are not accepted once the package has been opened, unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
